Depending on the job, there is a range of different soaps that could be used on the job. For many jobs, particularly houses with a significant amount of mold, a combination of bleach and surfactant is used on the house before power washing. However, the bleach is not safe on the plants. To combat this, we hose the plants down with water before and after the power washing in order to dilute the bleach to the point of not damaging the plants. Other soaps that we use, such as Zep and Simple Green, are safe on plants.
